That was fun. Good story. Just out of curiosity, though, is it possible to lose, or is the whole thing scripted? I never died, and I never used any of the pills I picked up. It was a fun experience either way.
To answer your question, it is possible to die, but I might have made the game too easy (not accounting for the secret fight that is literally impossible). If you do die, the game warps you back to your apartment, minus any items you used.
Very interesting game! I really liked the story you created and I was very intrigued to find out what would happen. Unfortunately, some of that spark died out in the very long combat sequences where you had to read through the same texts over and over as you tried to kill the enemies. The game has a lot of potential and can't wait to see what you come up with in the future :D
I don't know if you've heard of Game Development World Championship before (gdwc2019) but it's a competition for indie game developers where they can submit their games and it's free! It's great if you want some more visibility for the game and it only takes a couple of minutes to join :)
